Cherry Espresso Bar

The #1 coffee shop for the vibes. Plush velvet bench seating, wooden tables and chairs, a floor to ceiling brick wall, steampunk aesthetic and great TEA (get the milky oolong) and COFFEE (the coffee shop is featured in several coffee books for the coffee fanatic).

Wifi is clunks out at least once during a visit which is the most annoying thing about the place — so I only go if there is work that doesn’t require wifi the entire time. The wifi does come back so it’s not knocked out during my entire stay.

I would say this place is like the show “The Office.” After deliberating which coffee shop I should visit for an hour or so — I always land on Cherry. It’s my go-to. The vibes compensate for the in-and-out wifi and the days I choose to study at this space are usually the days when I need to lock in — having access to internet can be a distraction sometimes.
